First up, Cox confirmed a cyber incident on VinSolutions this week. Jason Wilkins runs two stores in California's High Desert, one on VinSolutions, and he'll tell us what he did first and what you should do today.
Then Charles Dortch of CrossCheck says you know your processing rate, but you probably don't know what it really costs you to get paid. He's brought two dealers' stories to prove it.
And Walker Strong of Strong Volkswagen joins us from Salt Lake City. Strong has been Utah's VW dealer since 1955, the first in the state, and now VW's sister brand wants to sell without dealers. We'll talk Scout, the new Atlas, and running a VW store right now.
